Mohammed Monwar Hossain is a Barrister of England and Wales with over twenty-five years of distinguisehd legal experience. Having successfully completed his full pupillage in England, he is qualified to exercise full rights of audience before all courts in England and Wales.

Mr. Hossain specialises in Civil Law, Human Rights, Administrative Law, and Judicial Review, with particular expertise in UK Immigration and Nationality Law. He has been accredited by the Bar Council of England and Wales as an immigration Law specialist since 2002 and is also a registered Public Access Barrister, enabling members of the public to instruct him directly without the need for an instructing solicitor.

He serves as the Secretary General of Human Rights International, a UK-based organisation with which he has been associated since 1994. The organisation was founded under the leadership of the late Rt Hon Robert Perry, a prominent UK human rights campaigner and Labour MP for 25 years.

In this capacity, Mr Hossain has represented the organisation internationally, attending sessions of the United Nations General Assembly, the Human Rights Commission in Geneva, and various UN meetings in New York. His sustained contribution to human rights advocacy reflects a lifelong commitment to justice, equality, and the advancement of fundamental rights.
