Our Work

We specialise in all aspects of personal and business immigration law and undertake the full range of privately funded immigration work, from preparing initial applications for entry clearance, leave to remain and settlement, through to administrative reviews, appeals and judicial reviews before the immigration tribunals and higher courts. Our clients include private individuals and corporates, both within the UK and overseas.

Flexible Working

We encourage flexible working. Every barrister has the option to work from home one day each week and additional working from home days can be arranged, if required. Fancy a late start, an extended lunch or an early finish from time to time? That’s not a problem either.

Sabbatical Leave

We recognise that in addition to having successful and rewarding professional careers, our people have individual personal and development needs. That’s why, after practising for 5 years, our barristers can take a period of up to 6 weeks paid sabbatical leave, in addition to their annual leave (2 weeks of which can also be bolted on). Want to go travelling or pursue an outside interest for a couple of months? We’ll support you to do that.

Maternity / paternity / parental leave policy

Unlike traditional chambers, we offer our barristers a comprehensive maternity, paternity and shared parental leave package.  Our maternity policy guarantees full salary for a period of 6 months (26 weeks) after 2 years.  We also encourage flexible working arrangements that allow new parents to continue practising at the Bar.

Technology

We believe that our barristers should have the latest technology at their disposal, so each barrister has access to a dedicated Apple iMac and an Apple MacBook Pro notebook, which we maintain and update for them.
