About Mohammad Dulal Mia

 

Mohammad Dulal Mia was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2011 and is a practising Pupil Barrister at MH Barristers Chambers. He previously qualified as a CILEX-accredited Chartered Legal Executive and joined KC Solicitors in 2013. Mr Mia works under the direct supervision of the Head of Chambers, Mr Mohammed Monwar Hossain.

Following completion of his LLB (Hons) at the University of Wolverhampton, Mr Mia successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course at City University London. He also holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Dhaka and has undertaken numerous CPD-accredited professional training courses.

Areas of Expertise

Mr Mia specialises in Immigration Law, with particular expertise in Asylum and Human Rights. Throughout his legal career, he has handled a significant number of asylum and human rights cases and has developed extensive experience in representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.

In addition to his immigration practice, Mr Mia regularly undertakes work in civil, family, and property matters. His broader immigration practice includes entry clearance applications, further leave to remain, discretionary leave, indefinite leave to remain, and other related immigration matters.

Mr Mia is known for being empathetic, approachable, and highly committed to achieving positive outcomes for his clients, particularly in complex and sensitive immigration cases.
