to recover any money that you have lost and we will not be responsible for any losses
resulting out of scam communications, however we will take this matter seriously. WE
have a duty to report all incidents of scams and identity fraud to the police and Bar
Standards Board.”
What is s SCAM?
A scam is a kind of fraud that fraudsters use to trick you into giving them money and
personal details. They are tend to use the names of lawyers, barristers and law firms to appear genuine and increase the legitimacy with the hopes of tricking victims into
sending money to them.
Thus, be especially careful of scams which often takes the form of emails, text
messages, telephone calls or direct mail. Be vigilant and careful in the event someone
asks you to send sensitive personal information or money, or purports to notify you of changes to important business information by email.”
Complaints procedure:
It is our primary aim to provide the best service at all times. However, if you are
unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of the service you have received, you are
encouraged to contact us and let us know at the soonest. Please email, Mustafa Sayed,
and he will investigate the matter promptly, carefully and provide a written response.
If you are unsure or confused about the process of complaints click here (see

We hope that we will be able to resolve any issues between us and that you will be
satisfied with the outcome. However, if you have allowed us time (usually at least 8
weeks) to try to resolve the problem and you remain unhappy, you may be entitled to
